World Centre of Excellence in Landslide Risk Reduction 2023-2026

Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, University of Ljubljana (UL FGG) was together with the International Research Centre on Artificial Intelligence (IRCAI) at Jožef Stefan Institute (IJS), awarded the title World Centre of Excellence on Landslide Disaster Reduction 2023 – 2026.
The title was awarded by the Global Promotion Committee of the International Programme on Landslides (IPL) during the 6th World Landslide Forum, Florence, Italy, November 14-17, 2023. This is the 6th title in a row for UL FGG since the first one received during the 1st World Landslide Forum in Tokyo, Japan, 2008.
