UNESCO WRDRR Chair contributed to the EU project NATURE-DEMO entitled “Nature-Based Solutions for Climate-Resilient Infrastructure” (5.2024 – 4.2028) 11th Consortium Meeting held face-to-face and on-line in Santander, Spain, on November 19-21, 2024. The event was hosted by IHCantabria.
We presented to the project partners and the Advisory Board members our (Slovenian) demonstration site (DEMO 3) in the Gradaščica River basin dedicated to increase flood safety of the infrastructure in the basin, especially the SW part of the City of Ljubljana.
