Our UNESCO Chair on Water-Related Disaster Risk Reduction was actively participating in the discussion at the Webinar on Glacier Protection held on March 21, 2025 under the theme “Glacial Sediment, Soil Erosion, and Hazard Management”.

The event way jointly organised by the International Research and Training Center on Erosion and Sedimentation (IRTCES), China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), the UNESCO Regional Office for East Asia, and other partners.
