On October 24 to 25, 2022, a kickoff meeting of the newly proposed ResiliEnhance platform for enhancing resilience to disasters for a sustainable development is underway at the University of Udine, Italy. The host institution is the UNESCO Chair on Intersectoral Safety for Disaster risk reduction and Resilience SPRINT-LAB, University of Udine, Italy.
The UNESCO Chair on Water-related Disaster Risk Reduction (WRDRR), University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, was invited to join the platform. Dr Mikoš attended the event. A special UDINE RESILIENHANCE Platform Declaration was accepted.
