The University of Ljubljana is a Member of the EUTOPIA European University, an alliance of nine European universities.
Dr. Bezak, a member of the UNESCO Chair on Water-related Disaster Risk Reduction, was appointed by the EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy Steering committee to the position of a Fellow of the EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy. A EUTOPIA YLA Fellow is expected to be actively involved in the Academy’s activities by attending YLA training sessions, networking and scientific events, engaging in collaborative research projects with other YLA Fellows and/or other researchers from the EUTOPIA Alliance and contributing to the EUTOPIA learning communities.
